What can I do in the Client Portal and Record Portal?
We're introducing our new web service to our clients by providing a simple and secure method for downloading accounting and financial records directly to their system and access the audit reports 24x7. 

What can I do in the Staff Portal?

Staff portal is for our internal purpose from where each one of our staff having valid User ID with our website can login, access, create & edit reports and records on real time basis depending upon their individual rights and permissions granted.

How do I access the Client Portal?
You first need to register online at our simple 1-page registration form. By providing us with your basic contact information, we'll be able to serve you better. 

What if I've forgotten my password?

If you have forgotten your password, you can request a new password be generated for your account. We cannot tell you what your existing password is, because, for security reasons, we do not store your original password with your account. 

What if I can't remember my password challenge answer?
We can reset your password for you. Call us at (+91) 33 3012 0000 or (+91) 33 3027 7777. After verifying your identity, we'll reset your password and send your new password to you by email.
